Confirmation of Exhibit Space:
Receipt of the signed Application Form from the Exhibitor along with 25% advance payment shall be deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of participation.
Terms of Payment:
25 % of the Total Stall Amount including Taxes - On Booking The Balance Amount should be paid in parts periodically as and when the organizers send payment requests. The Entire Stall Amount should be paid up before 90 Days of the start of the Build up Period. Payment by the stipulated date is a pre-requisite Please refer rate card mentioned overleaf for participation fees.
Refunds:
Refunds against cancellation shall be processed as per the below mentioned pointers:
- Cancellation before 30 Days of the Event shall not be entertained. The entire amount paid towards the stall shall be forfeited and there will no refunds or any alternate arrangements worked out towards the same.
- Cancellation before 8 Months of the Event shall be eligible for 50% of the total amount paid towards the stall as on date of Cancellation.
- Cancellation before 15 Days of the Booking of the stall shall be eligible for 75% of the total amount Paid.
Allocation of Space:
The organizers, at the sole discretion, allocate space to an exhibitor in the manner they consider best in accordance with the category of the goods to be displayed.
The Organizers shall reserve the rights:
To relocate space allotted to Exhibitors at any time prior to the commencement of the build-up of the exhibition premises under unavoidable circumstances.
To alter the size and dimensions of the Exhibition Hall with a view to maintain best positioning in terms of Visibility and smooth logistics towards the Event.
To change or alter entrances and exits to and from the exhibition hall for enhancing the format of the Event. To undertake any structural alterations, should exceptional circumstances demand it.
Insurance:
Organisers shall take care of the third party insurance covering treatment charges or claims towards any mishaps or accidents involving a registered visitor at the Event. Exhibitors are requested to have their own Insurance schemes to cover their Employees, Workers, and Fabricators working & manning the stall against any accidents or Mishaps at all times starting from buildup period until end of Dismantling period. Organisers shall take care of the First Aid requirements on site. Any further treatment required for stall staftv outside the venue need to be taken care by the respective exhibitor.
Declaration:
We hereby unconditionally accept all terms and conditions of contract mentioned above towards our participation at the Expo and shall abide by the same, whenever and wherever necessary.
