He has a proven track record of delivering store projects on time and within budget, using tools and templates to monitor and report progress, and collaborating with external and internal cross-functional teams. Akash has also been instrumental in evaluating store locations, partnering with franchisees, and maintaining store construction costs. He says his mission is to create engaging and efficient store environments that attract and retain customers and support the growth and innovation of the brand.
